Job Details:Overview: Evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation.

Special Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, families and physicians. Licensure and Registration in Arizona. CPR.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Program in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Qualifications: Six months of experience preferred.
