Job Details:Overview: Conducts routine tests for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease and performs related duties. Conducts routine tests for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Assures that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times.

Special Skills: Must be able to work under deadlines. Must be able to utilize independent decision making skills in a wide variety of situations. Requires a high degree of accuracy in the performance of varied responsibilities. Computer skills required. Frequent contact with employees, physicians, customers, community individuals and volunteers.

Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree or qualified as a Medical Technologist under HHS and Qualified to perform highly complex testing per CLIA 88 personnel guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications: BS Medical Technology. Two years experience. ASCP, AMT, HEW/HHS. May supervise Laboratory Assistants.
